Since its inception in 2002, Life-Long has been a project of Community Partners®, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.  Established in 1990, the mission of Community Partners® is to enable “Southern Californians, especially in underserved communities, to meet and master the challenges of urban and rural life by creating and strengthening opportunities for the emergence of community-building ideas, innovations, leaders and social entrepreneurs.” Community Partners® provides fiscal oversight and administrative support for Life-Long.
